Todd Nilson | Founder, Clocktower Advisors
Todd spent his early career in tech recruiting, learning the art of listening deeply and connecting people with opportunity. That spark led him to pivot into digital community building in 2008, and by 2015, he'd decided to build something of his own. From Two Rivers, Wisconsin, Todd founded Clocktower Advisors to help organizations—from startups to Fortune 500 companies—use digital strategy to build trust, alignment, and lasting relationships.
Over the past decade, he's guided nonprofits, enterprises, and regional organizations through digital transformation. He believes in grounding global expertise with local authenticity: whether it's a thoughtfully chosen local gift for a client or creating community frameworks that scale, his goal is always the same—to make people feel seen, heard, and connected.
