TRBA members are invited to share their knowledge with a short, educational presentation at an upcoming membership meeting.
Presentations should be informative rather than promotional and focus on a timely issue, useful tip, emerging trend, or practical information to benefit member businesses.
For example, an accountant might share tax tips or a new tax law, while a technology professional might discuss cybersecurity best practices.

REcent education spotlight speakers
Speaker: Abbey Quistorf
Business: The Chamber of Manitowoc County
Date: September 2026
In partnership with Progress Lakeshore, the Chamber of Manitowoc County conducted a regional Talent Survey to understand evolving workforce needs and what employers will need to remain competitive over the next 5–10 years. Responses from 48 employers across diverse industries highlighted challenges in finding qualified applicants, technical and soft-skills gaps, growing demand for AI and technology skills, leadership succession, and the importance of retention, workplace culture, flexibility, and employee development. Employers also identified housing, childcare, transportation, population trends, and quality of life as critical to attracting and retaining talent. Findings will help guide future workforce programs, partnerships, and investments.

Tammie from Meridian Wellness presented an introduction to Human Design, Reiki, Reflexology, Halotherapy, and Sound Healing, along with a look at how each can support overall well-being. At the core of her work is helping people slow down, relax the nervous system, and reconnect with themselves. She also shared simple ways we can help reset and regulate our nervous system in everyday life.
